If you’ve ever detoxed off caffeine, you know caffeine withdrawal is not easy.
I’m not going to post for the next few days because I feel a little bit like this…..

I’m also fairly irritable.
Oh, and I’m really tired.
I’m sure there will be loads of benefits to taking this break from caffeine since I can tell my body really really really needs it.
So, I’ll be back in a few days when I feel more like this…..

You poor woman! No, seriously. I do feel bad for you. Your post made me realize I haven’t had coffee in about two weeks now. Ever since I got extra tea-fancy, my need for coffee went away. Some of the teas I drink do have caffeine (Mate tea, for example has 100% caffeine compared to coffee), but for some reason, it effects me differently than the caffeine found in coffee. There is no crash & burn with caffeinated tea (at least not for me). I don’t know what that is. I must do some research. Stay strong, girl! XO
