Today’s post will be short and sweet because I’ve got breakfast plans with a couple of friends.

We did all our ChaLean Extreme workouts this week!!!
I know that doesn’t sound like much of a victory but for us, it’s been a rough week. The kids have been sick, Mr. Coffee got sick, and I was sick too. Starting with Latte on Sunday morning, we’ve fallen like dominoes one at a time all week long.
Workouts still got done. Healthy eating still reigned supreme. We…got…it…done!
In other news, we got it done “better” than we did last week despite little sleep. We lifted a little heavier, dug a little deeper, pushed a little bit farther.
We look the same but we feel stronger.
Our pants fit the same but we feel firmer.
