OK, I’m still not really here blogging. My children are on Christmas Break. This means my ability to complete a coherent thought/sentence is limited. I’m sure you wonder what my excuse is the rest of the year. Bygones.
Anyhoo….
It’s January 2nd and according to the clerk at Whole Foods, they’re already running low on wheat grass because everyone is coming in for some sort of detox smoothie. First of all, you don’t need to eat something that tastes like your front lawn to detox. It’s simply time to back away from the cheesecake, and the fudge, and the wine.
Let’s all take a deep breath and smile…..and eat your veggies.
Oh, and when I come back next week we’re gonna talk about pushups.

Wheat grass? Do people really eat that?
I’m headed to Whole Paycheck to buy more veggies this morning. After my in laws being in town and eating JUNK…we’re craving salad. Why can’t I crave that all the time?
