Our daughters are big fans! They’ve been taking Children’s DHA for over a year now and often enjoy Nordic Berries for a multivitamin. Latte says they are the yummiest and Half Caff makes sure she gets hers every night. They were very excited to see a bottle of Nordic Berries in the box!

Latte sampled the Omega 3.6.9 Junior (for ages 5 and up) and enjoyed the lemony flavor. She refers to Omega 3 as her “brain oil.” The kids know Omega 3 fatty acids are good for brain and eye health.

Half Caff sampled the Nordic Omega 3 Jellies and thought they were delicious. They came out of the package a little slimy (like a fish) and she thought that was hilarious. This product is a good choice for younger toddlers since they are very easy to chew.
Mr. Coffee and I were excited to see a bottle of the Nordic Vitamin D3. We purchase this supplement regularly and take it over the winter months when we aren’t getting much sun. This product works to enhance calcium and phosphorus absorption for strong bones. In addition it helps regulate immunity, mood, and the neuromuscular system.

I didn’t realize how important Vitamin D was until I went to my OB feeling really run down. She ran a bunch of tests, and a Vitamin D deficiency was the only thing that showed up. I am horrible about taking pills, but I can always tell when I need to take Vitamin D. When I take it regularly, I don’t get sinus infections or back aches. My doctor said that we really need to up our dosages…..I take anywhere from 2,000 – 4,000 iu daily. We might have to give those kid vitamins a try…..my little ones are picky. TFS!
I rarely get out in the sun and my blood levels are always normal at checkup time. I know it’s because we supplement.
