I got a call from my doctor’s office today and learned my thyroid is fine. In fact, it is indeed a rock star. I’m not hypothyroid or hyperthyroid and thank you Lord Jesus, I don’t have any hot or cold nodules that makes the doctor think I have cancer.
I’m just a near 40 year old woman with a bit of a goiter. Dead sexy, eh?? My doctor will continue to monitor my thyroid to catch any changes but for now, I have a clean bill of thyroid health.
Excuse me while I go exhale, un-pucker, and enjoy this beautiful day.

The test means the nodules are mainly composed from normal tissue OR smaller then 0.5 ..1cm.
You should be fine as long as you do not feel them, or see them (learn about neck check!)
